Delivery & returns
Standard delivery is $6.95 and typically arrives within 3–6 working days. Express is $14.95 and typically arrives within 1–3. Orders over $120.00 ship free on the standard service.
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unworn pair in its original box. Return terms, including who covers the return postage, are confirmed in the email we send once your order is placed.
About this shoe
If the Everyday Sneaker already works for you, the two-pair set is the cheaper way to keep a spare in rotation — or to buy one for someone else at the same time.
Both pairs are configured independently, so you can order two different sizes, two different colours, or the same thing twice. If you want something the options above do not cover, add it to the notes field at checkout and we will confirm before packing.
The set ships as a single parcel and is covered by the same returns terms as a single pair.

Sizing & questions
How do I know which size to order?
Measure your foot from heel to longest toe while standing, then compare that figure to the chart we send. If you are between sizes, or unsure, send us the measurement before ordering and we will tell you which to take.
Am I charged when I place the order?
No. Checkout records your order and reserves the stock. We email you to confirm availability, the final total and delivery, and payment is completed from that email. No card is charged on this site.
Will it suit a wide foot?
The toe box is cut broader than a conventional trainer, which many people with wider feet prefer. Fit still varies from person to person, so check your measurement against the chart first.
Can I use my own orthotic insole?
Yes. The supplied insole lifts out so an orthotic can go in its place. A thicker orthotic takes up volume and may change how the shoe fits.
